Villa Parker’s classic design creates the perfect environment for your event to romantically unfold. In addition to ceremonies and receptions, this venue is versatile and offers a fabulous setting for not only weddings but also events, engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners.
Villa Parker Location
Villa Parker is conveniently located 26 miles south of Denver and welcomes couples to celebrate their special day with friends and family year-round. Parker is a location that can also easily be reached from nearby local areas such as Centennial, Littleton, Castle Rock, Aurora, Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. This makes it an ideal location for locals and a refreshing escape for destination weddings as well.
Villa Parker History
This historic site was built in the 1970’s. Historical records about the creation of Villa Parker were unfortunately destroyed in a fire at the local courthouse in 1978. Although little is known about this magnificent estate, we do know that the original owner was of Italian descent. His contribution continues to add meaning and joy to all that choose to celebrate their events at this location.
The Courtyard
Villa Parker’s warm Mediterranean style embraces its guests, starting from the grand, gated entrance and lush, flourishing gardens. As you continue past the gate and into the expansive Courtyard with a tranquil, tiered fountain, you can see that there are endless possibilities for designing your perfect ceremony space. The Courtyard has a capacity to surround you with your many loved ones, hosting up to 175 seated guests or up to 200 standing guests. The Courtyard is also a spacious area for guests to gather and mingle, surrounded by climbing greenery.
Flexibility
Most Coloradoans are aware of the nature of Colorado’s fast fluctuating weather patterns. During the summer it is not uncommon for thunderheads to roll in during the afternoon and completely transform the atmosphere. With Villa Parker, there is no need to worry about this as there is a very simple transition if needed – simply move inside. Your ceremony and/or reception can easily be transferred indoors depending on weather conditions and the staff is happy to make any needed adjustment to ensure your day goes by smoothly.
Interior
Just beyond the trickling fountain are the wooden double-doors to the main entrance of Villa Parker. Refined white archways and flourishing vines greet you as you pass through the doorway. As a photographer, I was entranced by the incredible architectural design throughout the entire building and found that almost everywhere I turned provided an elegant backdrop for any scene. Large windows and skylights flood the interior with natural light, which is a photographer’s dream. Brides begin their day by getting dolled up using the spacious, naturally lit bridal suite and substantial arched mirrors. Once inside with the endless archways and iron chandeliers, you and your guests will feel as if you have escaped into a luxurious Italian estate.
Scenery
Villa Parker is one of the most idyllic locations I have had the honor of shooting at and couples who chose to celebrate their day here can expect breathtaking scenery. The expansive property provides a plethora of opportunities for stunning wedding photos. I love taking my couples to a variety of locations around the grounds during the golden hour to capture not only the beautiful scenery, but those special moments between each couple. I love bringing out the natural personality and joyful moments in each photo session. Couples that celebrate their day here under the gentle shade of mature trees and lively gardens.
The Garden Terrace
The Garden Terrace is positioned perfectly to lead directly to the gardens and also allows immediate access to The Ballroom. From this viewpoint, the Front Range’s true lure can be fully appreciated. The Garden Terrace allows you to soak up the expansive views and take in the famous Colorado sunsets. This is the perfect setting for a pleasant outdoor dinner, as it comfortably accommodates up to 175 seated guests or 200 standing. The Garden Terrace is shaded by a canopy of trees wrapped in lights, which create a romantically lit patio as night approaches. Photos of any couple in this location will have the perfect ambiance and a sparkly backdrop.
The Ballroom
Couples have plenty of room to dance the night away surrounded by the ones they love in the starlit Ballroom. The white walled Ballroom is beautifully designed with strong wooden beams and lit by intricate chandeliers. DJs can create your musical experience on an elevated platform while you dance to your heart’s content.

What’s Included
There is so much included when booking Villa Parker. Exclusive 12 hour use of the venue is available during weekends and 10 hour rentals on weekdays. Villa Parker also offers decor and attire storage before and after your event. Day of coordination, on-site parking, one hour ceremony rehearsals, getting ready suites, tables, dark wood Chiavari chairs, white ceremony chairs, and multiple floor plan options are all available to couples who choose this venue to host their special day.
