The Lumber Baron Inn is a luxurious mansion which is used as a B+B as well as a wedding and event venue. Built in 1890, this Victorian-style structure is nearly 10,000 square feet and is adorned with elegant European decor. The gardens are abundant with climbing greenery. At night, the bistro lighting overhead creates a romantic ambiance which illuminate the gardens. The are three bars, 2 inside and one in the gardens. Inside, the mansion offers refined rooms for couples to get ready in or stay the night. Five guest suites comprise the second floor, which are reserved exclusively for the friends and family of the couple. Couples that select this venue to host their celebrations will get full exclusive access to the mansion. History

In 1890, John Mouat built the Lumber Baron Inn for his wife Amelia and their five children. It is now a charming Bed and Breakfast with five rooms available for guests. Each room has its own unique design and is decorated with antiques.  The spacious third floor ballroom gives access to the top of the turret. From that vantage point, you can observe the incredible views of Downtown Denver and the surrounding Potter Highland neighborhood.
