Evergreen Lake House is a majestic venue overlooking the 40-acre Evergreen Lake, surrounded by incredible mountain and golf course views. This unique event center hosts weddings and events year-round, offering rustic log cabin charm to those who partake in celebrating here. It is well known for the stunning scenery and frequently spotted wildlife such as elk. You may even hear them bugling in the fall! This picture-perfect venue is ideal for wedding ceremonies, receptions and rehearsal dinners.

Evergreen Lake House is located 29 miles from Downtown Denver and is easily accessible from surrounding areas such as Golden, Boulder, Ken Caryl, Morrison, Conifer, Lakewood, Englewood, Denver, Castle Rock and Littleton. Evergreen Lake House is a perfect destination for anyone wanting to be immersed in the Colorado wedding experience.
Guest Capacity
Evergreen Lake House boasts 5,000 feet of entertaining space and features a large reception room which can seat up to 200 guests. For your outdoor ceremony, the deck overlooking the lake can hold up to 100 white chairs and has additional room for standing guests, ideal for an intimate celebration. The adjoining 30-foot by 30-foot octagon room is convenient for buffets. Both rooms allow for an abundance of natural light, making it a photographer’s dream! Tables and chairs are provided for your guests. A prep kitchen can be used for your catering needs.

If you’re looking for an authentic Colorado experience, Evergreen Lake House could be the perfect venue for you. This rustic venue boasts a sturdy stone fireplace and log railings. A wedding experience is like no other at this charming log cabin. The large windows allow you to drink in the breathtaking waters. I love capturing portraits utilizing the warm, rustic style this venue offers. One of my favorite features is the wooden boardwalk, which leads into an iron bridge over an enchanting stream. There are incredible views in nearly any direction, leading to endless photo opportunities.

History
One of the most fascinating parts of this venue is the rich history behind it. The town of Evergreen was once a hunting ground for the Ute Indians. By 1860, settlers had transformed the land into farmland, homes, and ranches. They developed a lumber trade-based economy.
In 1993, the million-dollar Evergreen Lake House was erected, showcasing rustic log and stone craftsmanship. It boasted high quality lodgepole logs, which were imported from Montana. Its name was inspired by the local area and has since become the crown jewel of the community. It is famous for outdoor activities year-round including sailing, paddle boarding, fishing, ice hockey, and a variety of festivals.
Pricing
Evergreen Lake House is considered an affordable option for weddings and prices range from 1,050 to 1,500 depending on the time of year. At the time of booking, a $750 initial payment is required to secure the date. The final payment for the remaining balance must be made at least 180 days before the event date.
