Yes, once we deliver the edited images, you are free to use them for personal, social media, or marketing purposes. We just ask that photography credit is given where possible.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is typically due before or on the day of the event. Full details will be provided in the contract.

After your event, a Sneak Peek gallery will be delivered to your email. This Sneak Peek gallery typically includes 15-30 images, allowing you to share key moments and start posting on social media more quickly. You can expect to receive your full gallery of edited images within 2-6 weeks, depending on the current workload. Captured with Grace understands the importance of timely delivery and strives to provide you with beautiful, high-quality photos as quickly as possible.

Captured with Grace’s standard package includes comprehensive coverage of your event, professional photo editing, and delivery of high-resolution images. You’ll receive a convenient online gallery where you can easily download your photos, delivered directly to your email. Custom packages are available and can include additional options like flash drive delivery, drone photography, second shooters, or custom albums and prints. For events with more than 100 guests or more spread out venues, we highly recommend adding a second shooter to ensure well-rounded coverage and capture key moments from different areas. It is recommended to book at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for larger or high-demand events. However, Captured with Grace can accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
